Nancy has almost 20 years of experience in residential energy efficiency. She was a founding member of Home Energy Group, a RESNET accredited Provider and Rating organization. She has experience as a BPI Building Analyst and Trainer, a HERS Rater, a RESNET QAD, and RESNET Training Provider. She has been active in RESNET as a member of the Training and Quality Assurance committees, serving on the Board of Directors of RESNET, and holding the offices of Vice President and President of the RESNET Board of Directors.

Claude has almost 20 years of experience in construction and residential energy efficiency. He was a founding member of Home Energy Group, a RESNET accredited Provider and Rating organization. With a background in engineering, Claude’s focused on HVAC sizing and design, building design, and maximizing the most economical methods for achieving the energy efficiency that builders require.
When he is not working, he is building something.

Noe brings over 20 years of experience in energy efficiency and residential construction, with a focus on optimizing performance and sustainability in the homebuilding industry. He is a certified RESNET Quality Assurance Designee, HERS Rater Trainer, Energy Star Trainer, and ICC Residential Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner, demonstrating his knowledge and commitment to improving the homebuilding process.
Noe has a wealth of experience in Residential HVAC Performance and Forensic Home Inspections, which enables him to identify and resolve complex issues related to building performance and energy efficiency. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the High-Performance Building Council for the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Central South Carolina.
His bilingual skills (English and Spanish) further enhance his ability to communicate and promote best practices on diverse construction sites.
Currently residing in Columbia, SC, Noe and his wife Karen enjoy DIY home projects and making memories with their three beautiful daughters.
Louise has over 20 years in the housing industry, including 20 years of being a licensed real estate broker in multiple states. While working in real estate, Louise became familiar with energy testing and quality inspections and started working part time for Home Energy Group. Since 2013, the energy and quality inspection business has been her full-time work and passion supporting the technicians and managers in the field as well as the builder/customers. In her spare time, Louise can be found in antique shops or at estate sales.

After 10 years in the home building industry, Ryan made the transition to Energy Efficiency work in 2010. From energy auditing and retrofit work to compliance testing for production home builders, his 15 years of experience working with homeowners, building department officials, and job site construction managers make him a valuable asset to our team.
When he’s not working, Ryan enjoys golfing, local music and eateries, road trip adventures, true crime mysteries, and lots of family time cookouts.
Terrill is from Loris, SC and got his start in a local Weatherization program in 2009. In 2017, he transitioned into the new home side of the residential energy business where he's been every since.

Rachel started off in marketing and business development for an HVAC company, and made her way to the residential energy business through the Builders Association in Columbia. Her incredible drive and determination, along with some good mentors, helped her gain extensive knowledge in new home construction, especially in the area of energy efficiency.
Rachel was able to travel to Colorado, Minnesota, and Las Vegas to inspect homes - a formative and inspiring experience. Eventually, she transitioned into sales learning a whole new part of the business.
Today, she’s back on the Operations side, working alongside a team that’s committed to making a positive impact on the industry. She credits her success to a combination of mentors, colleagues, as well as her determination.
Richie started in the residential energy business in 2019 and has been doing it actively ever since.
Before energy, Richie worked in the restaurant business for 14 years.
He loves almost all kinds of animals, nature walks, growing vegetables (gardening) and going to the gym.
